Diisocyanate-Schulungen

Die Diisocyanate-Schulungen nach REACH sind in drei Level gegliedert: Grundlagen-, Aufbau- und Fortgeschrittenenschulung. Sie richten sich an Handwerker, Mitarbeiter in Unternehmen sowie Selbstständige, die mit Diisocyanaten umgehen.

FSK-Zertifikat

Jeder Teilnehmer erhält nach der Schulung und der erfolgreichen Beantwortung der Testfragen das FSK-Zertifikat. Für den Arbeitgeber und den Teilnehmer dient das FSK-Zertifikat als Nachweis für die Erfüllung der gesetzlichen Schulungsanforderung.

Train-the-Trainer

Wir schulen Experten auf dem Gebiet der Sicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes zu Trainern. Gemeinsam mit den FSK-Trainern bearbeiten die Teilnehmer inhaltlich und didaktisch die Schulungsunterlagen.

Safe handling and use of diisocyanates.


 

Level 1 - 
Basics

Basics training course for all applications.

Content include: 

  • Product labels

  • Safety data sheets

  • Operating instructions

  • Hazards and chemistry of diisocyanates

  • Exposure

  • Personal Protective Equipment

  • Hygiene

  • Emergency measures

Level 2 - 
Follow-up training

Medium level of training for applications with increased risk of exposure.

Contents include:

  • All contents of Level 1

  • Other behaviour related aspects

  • Maintenance

  • Change management

  • Evaluation of existing safety instructions

  • Risk regarding application process used

Level 3 - 

Advanced training

Challenging level of training for applications with a high risk of exposure.

Contents include:

  • All contents of Level 1 and 2

  • Any other certification required for the specific application

  • Spraying outside a spray booth

  • Open handling of hot or warm formulations (>40  °C)
